Landlord Services

At Life of Riley, we maintain all forms of residential properties on behalf of Landlords. We focus on Landlord Property Management in Toronto. This includes purpose-built multiplexes, single family residential homes, condominiums (both town homes and condominium apartments), as well as recreational properties.

Our landlord services include:

Handle all communications between tenant and landlord (a “Go between”)

Notices of rental term violations to be delivered to the tenant and kept on record

Eviction notices and related proceedings to be coordinated by property manager (applies to tenants sourced by property manager / if not, rates per hour apply for appearances at tribunal)

Delivery of all notices between landlord and tenant (including rent delinquency notices and eviction notices)

Annual rental increase notice to tenant

Annual rental receipt statement for tenants

Deposit of rental cheques into landlords account (available upon request)

Retain copies of leases for 7 years (if tenant sourced by LORPM)
